Summer 2006 MAST Schedule Summer meets are separated into 2 different types.  USA Swimming Long Course and SOSL meets.  The Long Course meets are for Red 4 groups and above and SOSL meets are for everyone.   For SOSL meets, all swimmers are expected to compete at our home meets.  Away meets are mandatory for Senior and Black groups; strongly encouraged for Red 3 and 4 swimmers and are available to Red 2 swimmers.  The SOSL championship meets are mandatory for all swimmers.
