Group Advancement

There are not set requirements in our program related to group advancement. Instead, our coaches recognize when a swimmer is ready to move up to another group. This usually happens at the beginning of one of our two seasons, summer and winter. Sometimes, there are circumstances where a swimmer can be moved up in the middle of the season. Factors that coaches look for when advancing swimmers: knowledge of strokes, stroke development, attitude, behavior, and attendanace. If you believe your swimmer is placed into the wrong group, please email Coach Monty at [email protected]

Adult Training - Master Eagles

You are never too old to swim. Ages 18 and over are welcome. Our Master Eagles can be new or experienced. The training will focus on both technique and conditioning. Some practices will be coached and some will not. All Master Eagles must register wil U.S. Masters Swimming prior to getting in the water. Please bring proof of your U.S. Masters registration to practice. Practices for this group will be offered depending on pool availability.
