JOIN OUR TEAM
Milford Area Swim Team (MAST) is a competitive swimming team that has groups for swimmers who are interested in taking their swimming to the next level. We would love to have you on our team! All swimmers who are interested in joining the team must be evaluated by a coach to determine proper group placement. Please follow the steps below to begin swimming with MAST. MAST conducts tryouts twice a year. Tryouts are held in the late summer for our fall/winter season and in March for our spring/summer season. We accept swimmers onto the team at other times. Please contact us at anytime for more information.
OUR PROCESS
1) First, familiarize yourself with our team by browsing our website and reviewing our season information and handbook. Parent Information is posted below and contains the documents for your review. Swimming is a commitment and we want you to be informed. So, please contact us, attend our open house or reach out to our head coach (Coach Monty at [email protected]) for any questions you might have.
2) Second, if you are new to MAST, please schedule an evaluation by one of our coaches. Evaluations are held to ensure your swimmer is ready and is placed in the most appropriate group. Please follow this link [Evaluation Reservation] to select an evaluation day and time.

3) After the evaluation, the coaches will inform you if you are ready for MAST and the most appropriate group to join. Register online through our registration process.
2025-2026 Short Course (Fall/Winter) Evaluations:
Evaluations will take place at the Milford High School Pool on the following days and times:
Monday, August 18 from 5:30p - 7:30p
Wednesday, August 20 from 5:30p - 7:30p
Thursday, August 21 from 5:30p - 7:30p
Monday, August 25 from 5:30p - 7:30p
Wednesday, August 27 from 5:30p - 7:30p
