Milford Area Swim Team (MAST) is a year-round swim team of about 100-125 athletes from the ages of 5 and up. We were created in 1990 with the inception of the Milford High School indoor pool. The team is a member USA Swimming which is apart of the Ohio Swimming local swim committee (LSC). USA Swimming is a 300,000-member service organization that promotes the culture of swimming by creating opportunities for swimmers and coaches of all backgrounds to participate and advance in the sport through clubs, events and education.

The MAST coaching staff strives to give the best possible stroke instruction and physical conditioning while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere with the primary goal of helping each swimmer reach their full potential both in and out of the pool.

MAST is a competitive swimming team that has groups for swimmers who are interested in taking their swimming to the next level. We would love to have you on our team! All swimmers who are interested in joining the team must be evaluated by a Coach to determine proper group placement. Please follow the steps found under How to Join to begin swimming with MAST.
