Hello MAST Families,

  1. Covid update – MAST Swimming

            Good news – those concerned with possible covid contact. No positive tests

Please continue emphasizing wearing a mask when not exercising and employing proper physical distancing – especially prior to starting in the water and during dryland sessions.

  1. We are planning to continue training at OASIS until August 14 (?) then take a break until after Labor day.  We will return to Milford High School after Labor day
  1. Attendance seemed to drop off a little this week.  We know that families are busy and some of you are going on vacations but we want you to know that when you aren’t at swim practice we miss you.  Our coaching goal is to make every practice important and have every activity be an opportunity to learn, grow and improve.
  1. Reminder: If a swimmer sends a text message or an e-mail to a coach we require the swimmers parent(s) also be copied on that e-mail.  We prefer that swimmers do not text except in a special situation.
