Weekly Message - August 2, 2020

Hello MAST Families,

Status of Milford HS Pool:  The contractors are finishing with the pool HVAC renovation and we will soon start setting up for the Fall season at Milford High School.  Oasis has been great to us but it will be great to get back into our home pool soon.  Barring any new state mandated Covid directives or school district changes we are planning to begin the day after Labor Day. Now that we know that we are returning to practice at Milford High School a Fall-Winter practice schedule should be out soon.

July Practice Attendance:  Practices in July we well attended and the swimmers are making outstanding progress.  We know that there have been a few conflicts with other activities, vacations and a few other things but swimming is a sport where regular attendance and consistent effort pay big dividends. We want to encourage each family to attend all practices, or as many as possible, because we want to see each swimmer get the most out of the sport.

100 % Attendance for July: Kristen Bruce (Black 1), Kate Alston (Black 2), Abbey Sauers (Black 3), Shreya Terala (Black 3), & Andrew Spence (Red 1)   

Swimmers with 75% Attendance or better: Abigail Roeper, Lila Sager, Jonathan Walker, Emmett Derrig, Jake Nerl, Ben Spence, Riya Terela, Kendall Chapman, Isa Cornwell, Patrick Derrig, Ellie Hausfeld, Lauren Menker, Paul Menker, Adelaide New, Dylan Chapman, Lyra Grammel, & Ellyanne Grammel.
