SPECIAL UPDATE

Hello MAST Families,

REGISTRATION:  MAST winter registration is now open.  Please register for winter swimming as soon as possible.

TRYOUTS:  We will schedule new swimmer tryouts for Milford High School as soon as we can begin use of the high school pool.  In the meantime if anyone would like to do a team tryout please contact Coach Monty to arrange a time at Oasis.  We have openings 9:30 – 10:00 am next week Monday through Friday (August 17 – 21).

LAST OASIS PRACTICE AUGUST 21:  Next week will be our last week at Oasis before a two week break.  We expect to begin swimming at Milford High School on the first Tuesday after Labor Day (September 8).  It is hoped that I will be able to post the fall practice schedule with the weekly message this Sunday.

SUMMER CAMP AT OASIS:  Oasis has been a great experience and after a couple days getting used to a pool without lines, our swimmers have adjusted well and are working hard. I have seen a lot of improvement during this short summer “training camp” and am eagerly looking forward to seeing MAST swimmers race this fall (even if all we can do are virtual meets and time trial meets – we will be racing!
