SPECIAL PRACTICE TIME CHANGE FOR THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12

Hello MAST Families,

Due to reduction in workload for the meet this weekend, we would like to make the following changes to practices tomorrow (Dec. 12)

I apologize for the last minute change but it is hoped that the earlier practice times will benefit everyone as we get ready for the MAKOS meet.

BLACK 2 & BLACK 3 

Dryland 5:30 - 6:00 pm

Swim 6:00 - 7:00 pm

RED 2

Dryland 6:45 - 7:00 pm

Swim  7:00 - 7:45 pm

RED 3 & BLACK 1

Dryland 6:45 - 7:00 pm

Swim  7:00 - 8:00 pm

RED 1

Does not have practice on Thursday this week
