PRACTICE SCHEDULE CHANGES - Updated on September 9, 2025
Hello MAST Families,
On Monday morning at 9:30 am I was informed that water polo had changed their schedule and as a result MAST will be required to make schedule changes to accomodate water polo.
This week the only group affected is the BLACK group.
All other groups will be able to follow the schedule posted on September 5.
As I write this update I am anticipating further changes to the water polo schedule, so there may be changes for all groups the next couple weeks.
I will make those changes to our schedule, then post a new schedule and finally delete the September 5 schedule as soon as I am able to complete those changes (I don't expect to be able to get to it until tonight or tomorrow morning).
As previously stated I will endeavor to keep the WHITE and RED group schedules as close to the September 5 schedule as possible.
I apologize for any inconvenience this schedule changes may cause.

Monday - September 8 NO CHANGES
Tuesday - September 9 WHITE and RED groups as scheduled
- BLACK GROUP: 4:00 - 6:00 pm swimming cancelled.
I will be at the pool at 4:00 pm to offer a meeting for any BLACK group swimmers who are able to attend.
Potential topics for the meeting include: (1) Season plan details, (2) Stroke technique, (3) New developments in training, (4) Review of dryland principles and procedures, (5) Q & A
Wednesday - September 10 WHITE and RED groups NO PRACTICE as previously scheduled.
- BLACK GROUP Optional Swim 6:00 - 7:30 pm if you are able to attend. Previously there was no Wednesday practice scheduled, but in an effort to make up for the change to Tuesday and Friday we will offer BLACK practice on Wednesday at 6:00 pm.
Thursday - September 11 NO CHANGES
Friday - September 12 WHITE and RED groups as scheduled.
- BLACK group cancelled.
Saturday - September 13 NO CHANGES.
- Any WHITE 2 swimmers interested in attending Saturday RED practice must get approval from either Coach Emily or Coach Monty
