OCTOBER PRACTICE SCHEDULE INFORMATION IS LISTED UNDER A SEPARATE HEADING

Great job to everyone for  their part in the Intra-squad meet on Saturday.

LAST CALL FOR CLIPPERS ENTRY COMMITMENTS - The MAST team entry will be sent in tomorrow night.

Wednesday, October 8 - NO AFTERNOON PRACTICES (RED Group swimmers are invited to come to morning practice at 5:45 am - 7:30 am

High school swimming and diving begin on October 27. 

When Milford High School has diving practice at the Milford High School we will not have access to the pool until 6:00 pm so our schedule moves back 30 minutes. 

Currently it looks like diving practices are only scheduled for Monday and Wednesday in the foreseeable future.

There are no afternoon high school practices on Fridays's so MAST will be able to start earlier most Fridays.

Milford Fall Break schedule - MAST will maintain the regular schedule because many of our swimmers are not on the Milford District schedule.

No WHITE or RED group practices on Halloween. 

BLACK group will have practice on Friday, October 31 (Halloween).

Speaking of candy... occasionally we would like to share candy with swimmers.  If you prefer your child not have candy, please let Coach Emily or Coach Monty know so that we don't offer something to your child that you do not permit.

You will see an important fundraising date for the Swim-A-Thon listed for Saturday, November 1.  There will be more details about the Swim-A-Thon coming soon.  We will need everyone to contribute.

Please make sure to commit to swim meets before the sign-up deadline.  It is anticipated that host teams will be much less flexible in accepting late entries this year.

Practice attendance is not meeting expectations. Consistency is one of the most important keys to successful training.  BLACK group swimmers are expected to attend both morning and afternoon practices when offered. This is not a either / or schedule. We know that you are busy, but we hope that you swimmers can start attending more practices and we, as a team, can start seeing 100% attendance.
