WEEKLY UPDATE - Monday, November 10, 2025

Hello MAST Families,

Please note the following meet information.

1) Ohio Senior meet (OME) entry deadline is Tuesday, November 11 at noon.  This means I would have to finalize the meet entry by 10:00 am.  So far we have two swimmers signed up for Saturday only.  Any other BLACK group swimmers considering this meet should enter Saturday and/or Sunday events.

2) CAC 12&Under Block Party - CAC is hosting a 12 and under meet on November 22.  We would like MAST 12 & Under swimmers (WHITE & RED) to attend this meet.  Please sign up as soon as possible.  The commit deadline is (this) Friday, Nov. 14 at 10:00 pm.

3) Jose Cerda Meet is this weekend.  The Marlins sent out "Meet Notes" (warm-up times, meet timelines, etc.) and those have been posted in the meet information.  A MAST team entry summary is also posted.  I know that some people have been looking at the "Draft" (the meet entry sent out to our team before the commit deadline to make sure everyone who wanted to enter the meet would know if they had entered. To avoid confusion that document has since been removed. To check your swimmers entry please look at the newly posted entry "confirmed" documant.

4) Makos Holiday Spirit commit deadline has been moved because Makos have not sent out a meet file.  They will not begin accepting entries until Tuesday, December 2 at 8:00 am.  When meets are expected to reach capacity (and, as a result, some teams hoping to participate are turned away) we will send our entry at 8:00 am on December 2.  This means that all MAST swimmers planning to enter the Makos Holiday Spirit meet MUST commit by Tuesday, November 25.  They have not accepted late entries in the past, so our entry must be complete on Monday, December 1 and sent at 8:00 am on December 2.
